The supermarket restaurant queue is always long…. And it seems to be getting longer each time I visit.

More so since they brought in the new servery arrangements with division of duties at the till – there are three people now vying for your order (drinks are ordered separately) and managed by one on production, one taking the order and one on the till.

Ok, we all have to write sometimes (even texting whilst looking at the TV is writing – ask my son)

We know that phone calls can be more productive but writing things down can help you structure your message and keep to the point.
