A few are taken aback and limit their responses but most are pleased to have someone to talk to while they are waiting.

Buying a hat online - great customer service

Recently I decided to buy a hat online.
Initially I felt this might be risky given that most people recommend you “try it on before you buy it” because sizes can be variable but I liked the clear instructions on their website, with a clever distinction in size differences between US hats and those manufactured in the UK.

I ordered my hat, it arrived in 3 days and it was perfect. E Mail confirmation of order arrived almost instantly and it duly arrived in a nice box.
