Are you looking out for your customers on Twitter?

Last Wednesday we went digital in our part of the world (East Anglia). When I tried the television on Thursday morning the screen was blank. No stations at all.

That was OK. It’s an old TV and I wasn’t expecting to see anything.

Over the years I have purchased a number of guitars.

Now don’t get me wrong, I use the internet to check all of my potential consumer purchases.
I read the reviews, compare the prices, watch You Tube clips where provided. There’s a maze of useful information.

For most things the poor High Street retailer does not have a chance – economies of scale, range and availability means it’s now a buyer’s market.
